Want a practical way to do that? Go to the bank today and get 30 one dollar bills. If you’re in another country outside the US, then get the equivalent. Every day for the next 30 days hide one of those dollar bills somewhere where a real human being will find it. Be creative. Go to a bookstore and stuff a dollar inside your favorite book. You’re not allowed to wait and watch to see who gets it or what their reaction is. That’s a taking-oriented activity. You want to train your mind to be a giver. That means you don’t need to know whose day you brightened with your dollar.
Search engine optimization (SEO) is all about improving your content to get better Google search engine rankings. Without excellent content, your site won’t appear in the top search engine results. Notice how the second sentence is somehow less exciting (even though it contains a killer lion?) That;s because the active voice emphasizes the action with “the lion attacked.” In the passive voice, the village is the subject. The agent (the lion that performed the action) is only mentioned afterwards using the prepositional phrase “by the lion.” It’s almost an afterthought.
The only way to tell if your repetition of keywords is super or spammy is to measure that frequency against the overall length of the content. A keyword density greater than 5.5% could make you guilty of keyword stuffing and your page could be penalized by Google. You don’t need to mindlessly repeat keywords to optimize. In fact, if you do, you’re likely to achieve the opposite result.

Content writing is the art of creating content. It needs to either inform, educate or entertain; it needs to have a clear purpose and/or reason behind the piece; it needs to represent the brand’s voice; it needs to be a good read/watch/listen. The final step of keyword research is to create awesome landing pages for the keywords you want to be found for. A landing page is a page that is tailored to draw in visitors who found your blog through a specific keyword. This could be a dedicated page or a blog post optimized for a specific keyword. Do make sure your visitors can navigate your blog from every landing page. And make sure you have a landing page for every relevant keyword you come up with.
Tip #1 – Learning how to write copy is a lot like learning how to be a professional dancer. You can’t read a few books on how to dance and expect to compete, or to even look good on the dance floor. It takes a lot of discipline and willingness to burn the moves into your brain so they become automatic. There are no shortcuts to that. You have to drill, you have to practice, and you have to continually sharpen your sword. That means writing out proven sales letters BY HAND (using a pen and paper) in order to burn the writing style into your brain. That means dissecting proven video sales letters and looking at the psychology underneath the words. This takes work, and there’s zero emotional reward for doing it. It doesn’t feel good, but it will make you better, and that will make you a lot more money which WILL make you feel good.

Theory #1: The mere act of publishing content on a regular basis does a lot of the "distribution" work for you -- if you consider search engines a distribution channel. (Which I do, considering how often people use them to find content.) If you create content on a regular basis that's informed by keyword research and optimized for search, Google takes care of the rest of your content distribution plan.
The main concept of any marketing program is to sell someone else’s product. That means you need to come up with a great product. However, remember that an affiliate program that requires you to create a product and try to sell other products isn’t really a good idea.
